Defensive Ends
No secret that Will Smith is a beast. Besides him the pass rush is minimal to nothing. An immediate upgrade to Charles Grant would only help free up Will Smith even more. At 32 they will still have a shot at an Everson Griffen or a Ricky Sapp type.
Linebacker
Besides Vilma the Saints linebacking corps is full of mediocrity and old age. Both outside linebacking spots are up for grabs this offseason. The Saints could address this position more than once come April.
Defensive Tackle
Sedrick Ellis is in need of a side kick to put next to him on the defensive line. Hargrove had a descent year in 2010 grabbing 5 sacks but is easily upgradeable. I look for the Saints to spend a good chunk of picks on the defensive line adding depth and upgrades.
