New York Jets NFL Draft Team Needs

2010 NFL Draft Needs of the New York Jets

Current Depth Chart of the New York Jets

Cornerback
Darrelle Revis is arguably the best corner in the league and the Jets would love to find a guy who could play opposite him and shut down the other side of the field.  The corner class is pretty deep this year so the Jets could look for this mystery man either in round 1 or 2.

Wide Receiver
The Jets need to keep surrounding Sanchez with talented pass catchers.  Braylon Edwards is talented but his hands are just a hair better than Troy Williamson’s. The Jets could target a reliable receiver early and hope he can blossom into a primary receiving weapon.

Defensive End
The Jets starting ends are both over 30 and they will look to get younger here.  This is an area they can afford to hold off on until the middle rounds and take a big boy they can develop over time.
