Updated Nov 24th | Kaden Edlund will be updating the DraftSeason Heisman Trophy watch every Tuesday throughout the year. Check back weekly to see which college stars are rising up the Heisman watch list …. and which are plumeting at the chance to hold that beautiful trophy come December.

Stock Up

Leonard Fournette RB, LSU

Welcome back Leonard Fournette. Nothing says you’re back like rushing for 284 yards and 3 touchdowns. If he keeps this up he may be back in contention.

Lamar Jackson QB, Louisville

Jackson is a monster. Another 4 touchdown performance and over 400 yards total. It was only his second game with under 100 yards rushing, but he made up for it with passing.

Baker Mayfield QB, Oklahoma

Mayfield decided to blow up this week. 545 yards of passing and 7 touchdowns.  It may have been a great performance but it may have to be consistently good to be in the running.

Stock Down

Greg Ward QB, Houston

GWJ had under 250 yards of passing and only two touchdowns in Houston’s embarrassing loss to SMU

Christian McCaffery RB, Stanford

McCaffrey is in a bit of a slump. No touchdowns and not topping 100 yards is uncharacteristic of McCaffrey.

J.T. Barrett QB, Ohio St.

Barrett only found the end zone once and failed to reach 250 yards. It was a bad loss sparked by bad QB play.

Keep an Eye On

Jabrill Peppers S, Michigan St.

Peppers should’ve been on this list a long time ago. The dynamic player has got hands like OBJ and can return like Devin Hester, despite the stats, he has gotten a lot of returns called back.

Stayin Put

Deshaun Watson QB, Clemson

Deshaun Watson had a bye in the midst of his prime of the season.
