Detroit Lions running back Brian Calhoun short and injury plagued career is now officially over (with the Lions). Calhoun who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2006 NFL Draft piled up a whopping 54 yards on the ground during his stint with the Lions. I always had a small man cruch on Calhoun throughout his career as a Wisconsin Badger and always thought he would be a descent 3rd down back in the NFL. Let’s hope he gets another chance on a squad soon.
